By accessing and using Arete.AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

Arete.AI is a software consultancy specialized in developing technology solutions for the sports and health industry. We offer custom development services, technical consulting, and proprietary products such as our AI agents platform for sports coaching and clinical follow-up.

3. Use of the Service

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By registering, you guarantee that all provided information is accurate and up-to-date.

3.2 User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Prohibited Use

You commit to not:

• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Copy, modify, or distribute content without authorization
• Use the Service to transmit viruses or malicious code

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are the exclusive property of Arete.AI and are protected by copyright laws, trademark laws, and other intellectual property laws of Mexico and internationally.

5. Plans and Payments

5.1 Subscriptions

The Service is offered through monthly or annual subscription plans. Prices are subject to change with a 30-day prior notice.

5.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize Arete.AI to charge the provided payment method.

5.3 Refunds

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for new users. Refunds will not be issued for unused subscription periods after this period.

6. Limitation of Liability

Arete.AI provides sports coaching and health monitoring assistance tools, but it does not substitute the professional judgment of certified coaches, physicians, or healthcare professionals.

Under no circumstances will Arete.AI be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Medical Disclaimer

The plans and recommendations generated by Arete.AI are suggestions based on AI algorithms and do not constitute medical, clinical, or professional health advice. Always consult with physicians or qualified healthcare professionals before starting any training, nutrition, or treatment program.

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without prior notice. We will not be responsible to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. All provisions that by their nature must survive termination will survive.

10. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, without giving effect to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mexico.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the 'Last Updated' date.
